Brian P. Moran joined Moran Kidd’s Litigation Department in August 2021. Brian represents a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and commercial entities, in litigated matters in Florida courts. Brian handles a variety of business, employment, Association (condominium and homeowner’s), and liability disputes. Brian is adept at navigating complex legal issues and his areas of focus include contract disputes, Association disputes, employment litigation (management side), and insurance defense.
Prior to joining Moran Kidd, Brian accepted a scholarship to, and earned his Juris Doctor from, the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. During law school, Brian earned the “Book Award” for highest grade distinction in both his Florida Civil Practice and Legal Methods course studies. Brian graduated from Law School on an accelerated two-and-a-half year curriculum and did so among the top in his class.
Prior to law school, Brian obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
