Mary Norberg joined Moran Kidd as an Associate Attorney in 2024 and works with the firm’s commercial litigation and transactional departments.
Mary brings valuable and unique legal experience to clients as she is both a business litigator and a corporate lawyer.
She represents individuals and businesses in state and federal litigation at trial and appellate levels involving a variety of commercial matters, including in the areas of contract and corporate disputes, labor and employment, director and officer liability.
In addition, she negotiates and drafts commercial and retail lease agreements on behalf of tenants with a focus on franchisee representation. She also advises corporate clients on various issues involving corporate formation and governance.
Prior to joining Moran Kidd, Mary’s legal work involved various transactional, appellate, and governmental compliance matters. Mary attended Stetson University College of Law, graduating with Cum Laude Honors, after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
