Gabriel Pendas

Gabriel Pendas joined Moran Kidd’s Commercial Litigation Department in September 2024. He joined the Moran Kidd team of litigators who focus their representation on business and contract disputes, community association disputes and business collection matters both in state and federal court litigation across Florida.

Prior to joining Moran Kidd as an attorney, Gabriel served as a Law Clerk with the firm after his second year of law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in May 2024. While attending law school, he served as the Executive Forum Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Prior to attending law school, Gabriel graduated cum laude with his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from the University of Florida.
