David Wieland joined Moran Kidd in 2023, focusing his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, General Liability Defense and Workers’ Compensation Defense. David brings with him years of experience representing clients on both sides. Most recently, David’s practice focused on representing injured workers throughout Florida seeking benefits under Florida’s Workers’ Compensation Act and for Social Security Disability claims. Prior to that, David spent a few years representing businesses, corporations, homeowners and insureds in defense of claims for personal injury damages. David’s practice with Moran Kidd returns to exclusively representing clients in defense of personal injury related claims.
David was named one of the Top Injured Workers’ Attorneys by the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) for 2016 and 2017. David is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, and The Judge William Wieland American Inn of Court.
