Laura M. Stewart

Laura Stewart joined Moran Kidd in March of 2024.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura was a board-certified specialist in Ohio workers’ compensation law where she argued successfully for employers in workers’ compensation hearings and trials. She also advised attorneys and employers on complying with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act when settling liability and workers’ compensation cases.

Laura holds her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she served as Editor-In-Chief of the University of Dayton Law Review and received the award from the National Association of Women Lawyers for Outstanding Law Graduate. She is admitted to practice law in both the State of Florida and Ohio. Prior to law school, Laura obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication-News from the University of Florida and reported for Fox 35 News in Orlando as a television news broadcaster.
