April Rembis joined Moran Kidd in January of 2024.
April Rembis was born and raised in the Orlando area. She attended the University of Florida for her bachelor’s degree in Criminology and minor in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. Then she returned to Orlando to earn her law degree from Barry University. At Barry, she competed on its nationally recognized trial advocacy team.
April began her career at the Office of the Public Defender where she tried numerous cases. Thereafter, she transitioned to general liability defense of trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability matters, handling all aspects of claims. Prior to joining Moran Kidd, April defended city and local governments in civil disputes and sovereign immunity. April brings her expansive litigation experience to the general liability and commercial litigation teams at Moran Kidd.
