Kristin Vitale Rahim is an Associate Attorney with Moran Kidd’s Litigation Department and joined the Firm in December 2025. Kristin is a general civil liability litigator and focuses her practice on representing businesses and individuals in diverse areas of law throughout the State of Florida.
Prior to joining Moran Kidd, Kristin practiced family law, where she represented individuals in complex domestic matters, including dissolution of marriage, child custody and related post-judgment enforcement and modification proceedings.
Kristin was born and raised in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University in 2024 and received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University in 2019.
