Jade A. Howard is an Associate Attorney in Moran Kidd’s Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice in all matters of General Liability Defense, including personal injury defense, premises liability, theme park liability, wrongful death, trucking liability, auto liability and a broad range of insurance matters.
Before joining Moran Kidd, Ms. Howard practiced at two respected insurance defense firms, representing numerous carriers and businesses in defense of claims involving issues of premises liability, bodily injury, and first-party property claims. Ms. Howard brings her wealth of knowledge and skillset to Moran Kidd.
Ms. Howard began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 7th Circuit, where she handled over 2,000 cases. Ms. Howard’s experience includes representation at every stage of the litigation process and jury trials.
